Richmond House offers luxury boutique bed and breakfast in the beautiful city of Chichester.

Located just to the east of this lovely West Sussex city, it's a gentle ten minute walk from the B and B to the heart of Chichester. We're also perfectly placed for the glorious Goodwood Races, Goodwood Revival and the Festival of Speed, being within a five minute drive of the motor circuit and just ten minutes from the racecourse.

Tailor Made @ Richmond House

Tailor Made is a new pricing structure that allows you to build a bespoke boutique package to perfectly fit your individual needs. Originally introduced as a seasonal offer, Tailor Made proved so successful that we've made it a permanent feature!

Now available for Sunday - Thursday night bookings throughout the year*, using "Tailor Made" you pay a nightly room rate and add on the breakfast extras you’d like, or opt to have no breakfast at all.

With room rates starting at an incredible £60 per night, and a gorgeous continental breakfast at only £5 per person, you can experience a fabulous overnight stay at Richmond House for only £70, double occupancy.

‘Boutique Suites’ offer all the comfort and luxury touches of a carefully designed hotel room, with extra space, extra facilities, and the freedom to set your own timetable. Each suite has its own bedroom, living and cooking area, and we provide everything you'll need to prepare your own gorgeous continental breakfast in your suite.

Our luxury suites are fully serviced on a daily basis, so you can just relax and enjoy your stay. Or, if you'd prefer, select our 'Tailor Made' option, and choose the level of service that suits your needs.

There is one off-street parking space available in the Richmond House car port, which we allocate to the first person that asks for it when booking. Otherwise, there is unrestricted parking on the Oving Road.
